The FRAGO22 Opportunity Scanner is run by Frago 22 LLC ("FRAGO22", "we"), a service-disabled veteran-owned small business in Locust Grove, Virginia. This page says what we collect, why, who handles it for us, and how to have it deleted. Questions go to [email protected].
What we collect
- Your profile, from the sign-up form: business name and description, UEI, CAGE code, website, your name, phone, one or two email addresses, certifications and their status, NAICS codes, keywords, words to avoid, preferred agencies, the "About you" text for the Draft buttons, and how many notices you want per email.
- Billing details, collected by Stripe, not by us: your email and business name when you start a trial, and a card only if you choose to add one. We never see your full card number.
- What you send us, such as replies to our emails and notes from coaching calls.
This site doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers and doesn't set cookies of its own. The notices in your emails come from SAM.gov, the government's public site.
How we use it
- To score new SAM.gov notices against your profile and send your daily and Monday emails.
- To fill in your Draft buttons. Each one is a link that opens a ready-made prompt, including your "About you" text, in your own Claude or ChatGPT account. What you write there stays between you and that service: we never see it.
- To bill you through Stripe, answer your questions, and run coaching calls or proposal work you ask for.
We keep what you share confidential.
Who handles it for us
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with other customers or our partners. These services handle parts of it for us, each under its own privacy policy:
- Formspree receives the sign-up form and emails it to us, and keeps a copy.
- Stripe runs checkout, billing and the page where you manage your plan.
- Cloudflare hosts this site.
- Google Fonts supplies the site's fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
- Our email provider sends your emails and receives your replies.
- Our server provider hosts the computer the scanner runs on, where your profile is stored.
We'd share information beyond this only if the law required it.
How long we keep it
We keep your profile while you're a customer. If you cancel, or your trial ends without a card, we take you off the scanner within 30 days, and older copies in our backups are cleared within 90 days. Stripe keeps billing records for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll do it within 30 days and tell you when it's done.
Security
The site and the form use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your profile is stored on our server, which only FRAGO22 can reach.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its date, and email customers about any change that affects how we use their information.
