These terms are between you and Frago 22 LLC ("FRAGO22", "we"), which runs the FRAGO22 Opportunity Scanner. We've kept them in plain English. By starting a trial or a plan, you agree to them. The scanner isn't part of, or endorsed by, SAM.gov, GSA or SBA.

What you get

  • A daily email of new SAM.gov notices scored against your profile, a Monday teaming email, and the plain-English key in each.
  • On the $50 and $100 plans, Draft buttons that open a first draft in your own Claude or ChatGPT account.
  • On the $100 plan, two 30-minute coaching calls a month with John Kerkhoff, booked on his calendar. Calls start with your first paid month, and unused calls don't carry over.

What the scanner can't do

  • Scores are a guide. The scanner can miss a notice or misjudge one, and SAM.gov can be late or down. Read the full notice on SAM.gov before you decide anything.
  • You decide what to pursue, confirm you're eligible, keep your registration and certifications current, and submit your own bids. No one can promise a win.
  • Nothing in the emails, the drafts or the calls is legal, accounting or contracting advice. AI drafts are written by the AI service you use, under its terms: check them before you send anything.

The trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, with no card. A week before it ends, Stripe emails you a link to add one. If you don't, your emails stop and you're never charged.

Paying, changing and cancelling

  • If you add a card, your plan renews monthly, billed in advance by Stripe, until you cancel. The price on our pricing page is the whole price.
  • Cancel any time from the link in any Stripe email or receipt, or reply to one of our emails and we'll do it. You keep your emails until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • An upgrade takes effect straight away, and Stripe charges only the difference for the rest of the month. A downgrade starts with your next month.
  • If we ever change a price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first.

Bid help and proposal work

FRAGO22 bids in this market too. We won't coach or consult on a notice we're pursuing ourselves: if that happens, we'll tell you and step back. What you share with us stays confidential. Proposal consultancy is separate from the plans: we agree a fixed price in writing before any work starts.

Fair use

The emails are for your business (and the second address you give us). Please don't resell or republish them.

Liability

We work hard to get this right, but the service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, FRAGO22 isn't liable for lost contracts, lost profits or other indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its date, and email customers about any change that matters. These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia.
