Federal contract leads for small businesses
Find the opportunity. Understand the fit. Build your pursuit strategy.
Every morning, new SAM.gov notices set aside for small businesses, scored 1 to 10 against your NAICS codes, certifications and keywords. Each one shows why it scored the way it did. Your best leads come with a fact-based SWOT, and one click starts a bid or no-bid analysis and a first draft.
No card for the trial. Built and used every day by FRAGO22, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business.

How it works
From a new notice to your next move
The scanner does the searching and sorting. You stay in charge of what to chase and how. Each step says what's automated and what's yours.
-
You, about 10 minutes
Set up your profile
Your NAICS codes, keywords, certifications, preferred agencies and states. We set it up by hand and check it, and you can change it any time by replying to an email.

Automated, daily
Discover what's relevant
Each morning the scanner checks SAM.gov for new small-business set-aside notices and scores each one against your profile. Notices reserved for a certification you don't hold are left out, and so are notices whose deadline has passed.
-
Automated, on the drafting plans
Review the fit
Every lead shows its reasons. Your top three each day carry a SWOT built only from facts, including the company holding the largest similar contract at that agency now.

Automated leads, your judgment
Weigh prime or sub
The Monday email lists primes that just won large awards in your line of work. Too big or not open to you as prime? That prime may need a partner like you.

An email that teaches
Every email ends with a plain-English key: what each mark means, what to do next, and the words you'll keep seeing. The Email CO button opens a pre-addressed note to the contracting officer.
Live, all plansPrime or subcontractor?
A notice you can't win as prime may still be work you can win
Plenty of good notices are out of reach as the prime: the set-aside isn't yours, the contract is larger than your team, or it needs past performance you don't have yet. The same notice can still hold a piece of work you're built for, under a prime who needs it.
Deciding how to take part comes down to a few questions:
- Prime readiness: size, past performance and staffing for the whole job
- Eligibility: who the set-aside allows to bid, and the limits it puts on subcontracting
- Capability gaps: what you'd need a partner to cover, or what a prime would need you for
- Teaming pathways: which primes win this kind of work, and which piece of it you'd offer
- Next capture actions: what to read, whom to call, and what to ask before the deadline
Today The Monday teaming email, the SWOT, Draft prompts that frame you as prime or as a team, and coaching calls help you answer these questions yourself.
In development A preliminary prime-or-sub read that checks set-aside rules and limits on subcontracting and lists the research still needed. FRAGO22 is piloting it on its own pursuits. It isn't part of any plan yet.

Want help with a bid?
Winning federal work is easier to learn with someone who has done it. FRAGO22 coaches you through the process: you do the bidding, and we're in your corner.
Coaching calls
Part of the $300 plan: two 30-minute calls a month with John Kerkhoff. Use them to decide whether a notice is worth chasing, read a solicitation together, work out whether to prime or team, sharpen the prompts behind your AI drafts, or dig into the buyer and the competition.
Full proposal consultancy
For a bid that matters: hands-on help from reading the solicitation through a final review of your proposal. Every bid is different, so we talk first, then quote a fixed price before any work starts.
Or email [email protected].
The straight terms: you submit your own bids, and no one can promise a win. What you share with us stays confidential. FRAGO22 bids in this market too, so we won't coach or consult on a notice we're pursuing ourselves. If that happens, we'll tell you and step back.
Who it's for
Built for small firms doing their own capture
Small businesses and solopreneurs
Any firm under SBA's size standard for its industry, certified or not. Every profile gets the notices set aside for small businesses, the largest share of set-asides.
Certified firms
Service-disabled veteran-owned, veteran-owned, women-owned and economically disadvantaged women-owned firms also get the notices reserved for them, sole-source actions included.
Subcontractors and teaming partners
The Monday email shows who just won work in your codes, and the Draft buttons write the first teaming email to their small-business liaison.
Capture and business development leads
A morning shortlist with the reasons and a SWOT already attached, so time goes into the pursuit decision, not the search. Each plan covers one business profile.
Grant-seeking organizations
FRAGO22 runs a Grants.gov scanner for its own work and its partners, but grants aren't part of these plans yet. If that's what you need, tell us.
Not in the plans yetNot a fit yet if you
- are after full-and-open, 8(a) or HUBZone notices: the scanner doesn't search those yet;
- need state or local bids;
- want someone to bid for you. We coach; the bid is yours to submit.

Why this exists
I built this scanner to find work for my own company, and I read it every morning.
Most small firms can't justify a big government-contracting subscription, and paid "gov help" can cost more than a first contract is worth. So this is the tool I use, priced well below the big platforms. It won't bid for you. It shows you what's out there, tells you what it means, and helps you decide how to go after it.

Questions
Where do the notices come from, and how often?
SAM.gov, the government's official public site for contract opportunities. The scanner checks it early every morning for new notices set aside for small businesses, including those reserved for SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB and EDWOSB firms, and your email follows. It doesn't search full-and-open, 8(a) or HUBZone notices yet. The Monday teaming email draws on USASpending.gov award records.
How is a notice scored?
Points for a NAICS code match, for a set-aside you qualify for, for your keywords in the notice's title, for agencies you prefer, and for work in your states if you give them; points off when the notice is outside your codes. Notices set aside for a certification you don't hold are left out. Every row shows the reasons, so you can see why it scored the way it did.
Does a high score mean I'm eligible?
No. The score and the SWOT are a guide built from the notice summary and public records. They can miss a requirement that's only in the attachments, such as a clearance, a size standard or a licence. Read the full solicitation on SAM.gov, and ask the contracting officer when in doubt. Eligibility is yours to confirm.
What's the SWOT under my top three leads?
Four lines under each of your three best notices of the day: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Every line is a fact, not a guess: why it matched your profile, how long you have to respond, who is allowed to bid, and the largest contract running now at that agency under that industry code, with its size and end date, from USASpending.gov. That company is often the one doing the work today, though not always, because public records don't say which contract a new notice replaces. It comes with the $100 and $300 plans.
What does the AI drafting do, exactly?
Each Draft button opens a ready-made prompt in your own Claude or ChatGPT account, free or paid. For a notice, it asks for a bid or no-bid SWOT with a one-line call, then an executive summary, a technical approach outline, a staffing outline, past-performance placeholders, and a compliance checklist with questions to resolve. In the Monday email it drafts a teaming email to a prime or an introduction to a buying office. It's a first draft from the notice summary, not a finished proposal: review and edit everything. We never see what you write.
What happens on a coaching call?
Whatever helps you most that month: whether a notice is worth your time, whether to prime or team, what a solicitation is really asking for, how to get a better first draft from your AI, or where to research the buyer. You book the calls yourself, when it suits you. Calls are advice, not legal or accounting advice, and you submit your own bids.
Do you bid for me?
No. You get leads, a score for each one, and plain-English guidance, and on the coaching plan or through the proposal consultancy we coach you through writing the bid. You submit it yourself, under your own SAM.gov registration.
What if I'm not certified yet?
You don't need one. Any small business can bid on small-business set-asides, and every profile gets them. A certification you qualify for adds the notices reserved for it. If your application is in, tell us and we'll include those so you can watch them while SBA decides, though you can bid on them only once you're certified.
Do you cover grants?
Not in these plans yet. FRAGO22 runs a Grants.gov scanner for its own work and its partners. If you'd like grants, email [email protected] and tell us what you look for.
Did the prices change?
Yes. The plans are now $50, $100 and $300 a month. If you were already a customer, or started a trial before the change, you keep the price you signed up at for as long as you stay on your plan. Switching to another plan moves you to that plan's current price.
How do I cancel or change plans?
Use the link in any Stripe email or receipt, or reply to one of our emails and we'll do it for you. If you cancel, your emails keep coming until the end of the month you've paid for. An upgrade takes effect straight away; a downgrade starts with your next month.
Can I change my keywords or how many notices I get?
Yes. Reply to any email and tell us what to change.
What do you do with my information?
We use your profile only to score notices and send you your emails. We don't sell or share it. Ask us to delete it any time. The details are in our Privacy policy.
